The results are in: school budgets passed in each of the rivertown school districts. Competition for available Board of Ed seats brought out the voters in Hastings and Ardsley. Ardsley also voted to spend its $5,000,000 capital reserve on mechanical systems and flooring upgrades and to establish a new capital reserve with a maximum of $10,000,000 and a term of up to ten years.
