To the Editor:
I am writing to support Paul Feiner’s reelection as Greenburgh Town Supervisor.
As an Ardsley High School student with a strong interest in political science, I have had the opportunity to observe Paul’s leadership and dedication to our community firsthand. What impresses me most is not simply how long he has served, but the energy and commitment he continues to bring to the job.
Paul has consistently looked for ways to improve the lives of Greenburgh residents. Programs such as Snow Angels and Tech Angels have connected volunteers with seniors and other residents who need assistance, helping strengthen community ties while addressing real needs.
I also admire Paul’s commitment to preserving local history. As someone who enjoys studying history, I appreciate his efforts to protect the historic Odell House, ensuring that an important part of Greenburgh’s heritage remains available for future generations.
Equally important is Paul’s commitment to ethical government. His policy of not accepting campaign contributions from active town contractors or developers demonstrates an independence that is increasingly rare in public life. Residents should be confident that decisions are being made in the public interest.
Throughout my interactions with Paul, I have found him to be accessible, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in encouraging young people to become involved in civic life. Greenburgh has benefited from his leadership, and I believe he deserves another term as Town Supervisor.
Sincerely,
Ryan Levenson
