August 18, 2021

From the Tarrytown Police Department:

The Tarrytown Police Department is investigating a series of larcenies from motor vehicles that occurred during the early morning hours on August 15, 2021. Vehicles had been left unlocked. Some owners have reported that items had been stolen from their vehicle, while others notified the Police Department that their vehicles had been ransacked with no items stolen. One vehicle was in fact stolen, as the owner had left the keys inside the vehicle.

As a part of your #9PMRoutine, remove all valuables from your vehicle and lock it up! That means, keys, wallet, money, jewelry, golf clubs, and more.
