David Amram’s 2nd Annual 90th Birthday Bash!

Friday & Saturday • November 19-20 @ 7 & 9:30 PM

One of America’s true musical treasures and a great supporter of The Jazz Forum, the distinguished composer, musician, conductor, and author David Amram celebrates his birthday with special guests and good friends.

Musical compartments vanish for David, whose works and performances cross fearlessly back and forth between the classical and jazz worlds, as well as Latin jazz, folk, television, and film music. There’s much to celebrate and you can join the party!

Featuring David Amram, Piano, Vocal, Pennywhistles, French horn, Percussion, Erik Lawrence, Reeds. Jerome Harris, Guitar, Rene Hart, Bass, Kevin Twigg, Drums, Glockenspiel, and Adam Amram, Congas.

Café Da Silva Group • Café Expresso!

Brazilian Sunday, Nov 21 @ 4 & 6 PM

Café da Silva is internationally recognized for his percussion mastery, performing and recording with musical giants like Djavan, Sergio Mendes, Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder, James Taylor & David Byrne.
