New Bridge SUP: Animation from NY Gov’s Office

The last element of the new Mario Cuomo Bridge is a 12-ft. wide, barrier-protected “shared use path” (SUP) for cyclists and pedestrians that will run along the north side of the westbound span. It is not expected to be open until sometime next year, but the Governor’s Office has released the following video describing how it will work:
