Before the current chair of the Westchester County Democratic Party announced he would not run for what would have been his ninth consecutive term, Reggie Lafayette joined with his two announced competitors for the position, Mt. Kisco’s party District Leader, Bill Serratore, and Greenburgh’s District Leader, Suzanne Berger. The dynamics of the competition, which will be decided September 17, may have changed, but the issues are still the same.
