The “Unlocked Identities” exhibition showcases the perspectives of 21 immigrant artists from various backgrounds. Curated by Athens-based art curator Julia Sysalova, the exhibition examines how cultural codes shape and transform individual identities.
The featured artists explore their changing experiences through painting, photography, sculpture, and installations. They reflect upon how new cultural and social norms influence their artistic practices.
“Unlocked Identities” aims to foster a non-judgmental dialogue about identity,” said curator Sysalova. “We invite visitors to consider their own perspectives and engage with the artists’ unique expressions.”
