Join Folkways and Bloomy for a tour of some of the finest wines, cheeses and pairings we have for the holidays, and take advantage of our guidance to set up your holiday tables with these delicious indulgences. Think Beaujolais Nouveau, spruce-bound cheeses, Port with Stilton, and more.
Your ticket includes paired tastings of four special beverages and cheeses, accompaniments, guided education by Jonas Andersen and Jessica Galen. Participants can place orders for wine and purchase cheese and receive 10% off purchases that evening for your holiday tables.
About Folkways Wines
Folkways explores the art and culture of drinking through wine, spirits, and objects that evolve existing rituals and inspire new ones. We highlight atypical regions, grape varieties, and styles of wine, focusing on diverse, naturally driven vintages, conscientious winemakers, and small production vineyards. Folkways is located in Northern Westchester in the 1917 landmark train station building of Croton Falls, New York, and founded by husband-and-wife team Jonas Andersen and Natalie Marie Gehrels, with wine and spirits curated and described by Amanda Smeltz.
