For millions of Americans-and for people around the world-this November 5th is being anticipated as a crucial decision point. Many are feeling deeply stressed, torn between hope and fear, wondering how the verdict of the voters will be registered and enacted in the weeks and months to come, and seeking wisdom on the best ways to respond to what may be some difficult times.
People of faith, of course, are leaning on prayer in these days of challenge—but it’s also helpful for all of us to join in community to share our thoughts, feelings, and plans.
Please join us on October 22nd for an open, mutually respectful exchange of views and concerns. The Rev. Claire Woodley-Aitchison will serve as moderator. The event will also be available on Zoom.
The event is free. All are welcome, no religious faith required. Snacks will be served.
