Sleepy Hollow High School students along with professional and semi-professional performers will be taking part in “Spring Harmony,” Saturday, April 30, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., at Hudson Harbor Lodge, Tarrytown. The classical music event will benefit the Sleepy Hollow Performing Arts Boosters, with proceeds from the evening used to benefit several music related activities at the school.
Income from the event will be used to provide new equipment and instruments for performing arts students, restore the high school auditorium grand piano, pay for competitive trips for high school musicians, and support musical productions by both the high school and middle school.
Included in the price of admission, there will be refreshments, including wine, cheese and other light fare. Tickets are available for $50 per person. District teachers, students over 21 and senior citizen tickets are $25. Tickets may be purchased in advance with a check made out to SHPAB, sent to Rebecca Scarpati at 31 Hemlock Drive, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591.
