Irvington’s Day Boat Café will open in early March at One Bridge Street, the location previously occupied by restaurant One. “We are still working on the menu,” said chef and co-owner John Durkin “but our signature dish will be a lobster roll and the menu will include Montauk stripped bass, grilled salmon, seafood stew, lobster pot pie, lobster ravioli and three kinds of chowder—New England, Manhattan, and corn and lobster.” For non-seafood lovers, Day Boat Café will offer hamburgers, flank steak and buttermilk fried chicken.
