Come and support the river towns’ new, vibrant, and abundant farmers market!
An invigorated Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow Market (TaSH) will have a grand opening on Saturday, May 23, from 8:3 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Patriot’s Park; parking is available across the street at the Paulding School, and giveaways will be distributed on opening day. With music, kids activities and around 25 vendors, the market is hoping to provide a free mind-body movement class each week plus the presence of a community group on hand to present its events and activities.
Join Tarrytown Mayor Drew Fixell, the Tarrytown Board of Trustees, Village Administrator Michael Blau and Parks Director Joe Arduino, all of whom have been engaged with the Tarrytown Farmers Market Committee in planning and supporting this community-enhancing project.

They also need fund-raising help from our community through online crowdfunding. So, please go to indiegogo/thetashfm to support the river towns’ latest community-wide venture.

**The Farmers Pledge seeks to describe sustainable practices in a document that growers can attest is an accurate description of how they farm. It serves as a bridge between consumers and farmers who value healthy food, strong local economies, fair working conditions and wages, the humane treatment of animals, and care of the land.
